We need to connect more!<br />Dr. Garcia suggested we move Roa's bed time back 1/2 hour each week for a series of 3 weeks until his period of "Hard sleep" last longer into our night. Then move it back up in 15 minute segments until we find a good bedtime for him that gives us more sleep. We went through some pretty cranky nights trying to keep him up, but overall it seemed to work. Roa now goes down between 8:30-8:45 and sleeps peacefully until 1:30ish. That give me a good 3-4 hours in a row!Jennifer Thayerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06932147476896663497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7062632399640863765.post-13827721332762108602010-01-08T09:44:23.073-06:002010-01-08T09:44:23.073-06:00PS. They are very similar in mobility, eating, sleeping, etc. I enjoy visiting your blog to see what Roa is up to. I cant wait to get Henry in a walker/gait trainer. He is so determined to move just like Roa. I'm sure you and Roa will both enjoy the extra Mommy time. Priceless. :)Janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13875633588025383950noreply@blogger.com
